Should Tracking Scroll of Hunting count unique spawns to the amount of Monsters slain?

As example
In Act 2 during Traitor's Passage boss, Balbala, the Traitor, spawns Spirit of Balbala and each kill counts to tracking scrolls amount of unique slain.
