Input Freeze

Whilst playing the game, during combat all input to the game stops and just after a few seconds (5-10) you can start clicking things again. Mobs, sounds, pathing continues but I am unable to click anything new for the duration.

(Menues, tabs, quick-commands, nothing works while the game continues.)
