Some of these classes are fun to play, and they have new and interesting build dynamics.
I suggest making these classes an additional ascendancy option after the End Game Lab is completed as a prerequisite and you complete 1 of the 3 Uber lab variations. Gain + 2 additional ascendancy points with the option to choose 1 of 3 new Phrecia ascendancy to upgrade to when completing 1 of 3 Uber lab trials. But they are overpowered, it will be a lot of works to do to make they be balenced, and clearly ggg don't have that kind of manpower at this time.
