How come it says I can't log into poe2 account?

I brought the game but on this website I can't view my player as it says I need a purchase? But I've already brought the game on ps?

It is not currently possible to view Path of Exile 2 characters on the website.
The website only checks for ownership on PC, so I wouldn't worry about the bad info. "VPs are not required to change their posting style. They are still welcome to express their opinions and take part in any discussions they wish. Their only responsibility is to continue doing what they have always done - posting in a friendly and constructive manner."
