How come it says I can't log into poe2 account?

I brought the game but on this website I can't view my player as it says I need a purchase? But I've already brought the game on ps?

It is not currently possible to view Path of Exile 2 characters on the website.
The website only checks for ownership on PC, so I wouldn't worry about the bad info. |
