Game Purchase Issue and Missing Twitch Drops

Hello,
I’m reaching out regarding two issues I’ve encountered with Path of Exile 2. First, I purchased the game even though I was apparently eligible to receive a free key, as I had previously spent money on content in Path of Exile 1. I would like to know if it’s possible to convert the amount I paid for PoE 2 into in-game currency (such as points or an equivalent form of compensation). Second, I’m having trouble with Twitch drops. Although I watched eligible streams and linked my account correctly, I haven’t received any of the rewards in-game. " To be eligible, you would need to have spent $480 USD+ on Path of Exile. If you meet that threshold, you would have gotten the full contents of the supporter pack you purchased except you would have already had a Path of Exile II Early Access license. In lieu of this, you would have been given an additional Path of Exile II Early Access key (with no coins or MTX) to give to a friend. You can find that key here.
