Trying to refund supporter pack then getting ignored for almost 4 weeks since the first reply

Hi,

I have sent email to support@grindinggear.com at 6 April and pm in the forums at 5 April (which is yet to be answered) to refund support pack.

I got reply on email few minutes after and then got asked for some details about my account and my transaction id.

I got told it was not the ID they wanted (weird because on the transaction it says 'Transaction ID' but ok) then I replied with a screenshot of the purchase and have yet to get an answer for 2 weeks after that.

Is there any problem with support being overloaded with tickets or I was marked on a blacklist?

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
3 weeks have passed, still no answer.
4 weeks have passed, still no answer.
I have finally been answered by support today, guess what? they said they cant refund it, even though in their first reply they already ask for the Transaction details 4 weeks ago, even though I did send email and pm on website within first 48h, even though I have not used a single cash shop currency.

And what their reason for denying refund? "the microtransactions from the pack have been used"

Are you serious? When you buy the support pack it right away get in your account there is no "they have been used" what is this? its like they say if you go in clothing shop and the shopkeeper throw clothes at you then they are used and now you have to pay.

This is not funny.

Refund my purchase.

Into the 5th week soon, I think GGG just don't want to return my money and they making excuses.

Do I wait more or just resign to my fate and use the currency?
6th week already, there is no way GGG will return my money since they really really like money.

Guess I should just use my currency so they got a legit reason to deny my refund!
