Trial of chaos Bloody hearts

During the trial of chaos (76 ilvl) I took a second grade of "Bloody hearts appear that apply tethers". After that I could not use my leap slam abbility any more, not even when Im betwen the rooms (no mobs or debuffs nearby). I could use my leap slam again only the I ended trial and entered the trial of chaos lobby.
I have a crossbow in my 1st weapon set, I have a mace in my 2nd weapon set. Leap slam uses my senond set.

Tried again. The grade of Bloody hearts doesnt matter. After I encounter tethers my leap slam becomes unusable even if I manualy switch my weapon set. If I take it off from the gem panel and put it again - it becomes usable, but only untill the next tethering from Bloody hearts. Then leap slam became unusable even betwen the rooms (no mobs or debuffs nearby).

The same with Shield Charge.

While I somehow regained the ability to Leap Slam when I'm outside of the bloody hearts, I cannot shield charge anymore when outside of the Bloody Hearts.
