XSolla feedback - they will not let me pay

So I played this game for two days in 2016 and quit because of being flooded with loot and almost no inventory space.

Recently started hearing about PoE2 and thought I check out PoE1 again, learned about item filters and started playing 2 weeks ago.

Now I decided I would keep playing and tried to buy some stash space, as it is on sale. Had to find out XSolla does not let me. Paypal gave an error 1092 and VISA payment was also rejected repeatedly, claiming it would be a "temporary error" which is not true.

I already had a conversation with XSolla support who asked me all sorts of things, about my email, if I am using a VPN or "anonymizer" (I do not even know what that is supposed to be) and in the end neither were able to definitely tell me WHAT their stupid security routines had to complain about. They ended up suggesting I use a GMail email or use "Amazon pay" which is not even offered as a payment option.

So, I am not going to use my GMail for any company accounts just because they think it is more "secure" that any email from my VERY OWN DOMAIN which even is the same as my last name, although any wannabe scammer would be able to make a new GMail account within minutes and there is no safety at all in that.
I am also not going to make a second GMail account out of principle, if they refuse to take my money I am out, which is unfortunate for the company relying solely on that payment provider.

They do not have to be surprised when some years or even a decade from now everyone switched to Bitcoin, where no payment provider can simply refuse service just because they think your email is not "safe" enough.

If GGG ever starts accepting Bitcoin or a direct Paypal or Visa payment I may be back, but as of now, XSolla caused you a loss of one customer.

PS: My paypal account is literally 25 years old this year, I opened it in 2000. In 25 years, nobody else EVER refused my Paypal payment.

If the option to use Stripe, and even, I dunno, pay €5 more was available, I wouldn't think twice!

Earlier today I purchased the Sacred Paladin Supporter pack and then immediately attempted to purchase the Zealot's Penance Supporter pack. The Xsolla rep first said I couldn't make the purchase because my card, country, and currency all need to match. She then insisted point blank it was because of a VPN (I wasn't using one), before saying "oops, looks like you've become inactive" and dropping from the chat. I've still not been able to buy it; I gave up and stopped trying.
I find it difficult to justify optional purchases to support a Tencent-owned development studio that declines to provide customers Technical Support, regardless of how many thousands of euros that customer has spent...
