The support situation is absurd

I tried to remove the email the hacker added to my account by contacting support, but it's been almost a month and my account is still locked. No response from support—honestly, if I sent an email with a pigeon, I would've gotten a reply by now. The last email I sent them was 12 days ago. At this rate, maybe I’ll get my account back by 2026.

GGG will reply to emails every 33 days on average. My account was hacked in January, and I have only received two replies in almost four months, and it has not been unlocked yet.
It’s really frustrating to have your items stolen and then get your account locked by GGG when you're just trying to ask for help. At the very least, let me try the new season!

Now you must wait for anther 2 months. Then go on forum to complain just to be hit with a copy and paste "please email us at support@grindinggear.com and wait. We have too many tickets oh no"

update : It's been almost 2 months and still no reply
updated: my problem got solved in 47 days
Thanks for the update. It's good to hear that cases are getting resolved. My buddy got hacked (his email was compromised and he used the same password everywhere... yeah, not the smartest move). Still, every account he lost across 40 different sites was restored and the money refunded within two days of the hack. The only one still pending is POE. It's been 34 days now, so hopefully that gets sorted soon, or at least before the new league.
