Support issue

Hi, i bought the 500$ supporter pack, and i want recieve physical goods, however i bought it on Steam, i was unable to order it there, only points. I wrote to support 3 month ago, they answered meybe in two weeks or so to give them more information for verification, i gave them, and thats it, about three month and no more answer from support. Im really regret i gave my 500$ to this company with such attitude to previosly loyal customers.

same here... waiting for about 4 month ...
never buying anything for this game again ... waste of money
loved the game but since there is no support answering my ticket i got pissed of and i stopped playing ...
