Game crash on character select

I recently finished the 3rd floor Sekhema trial with my huntress and wasn't able to add any new ascendancy points.. I'm guessing because the new map shortcut for the trial took me to act 2 instead of cruel? That's beside the point.. when I tried to create a portal to leave the area my game crashed and now every time I try to log into that character it crashes again on the loading screen after character select.

Other characters are unaffected, but this is really the only toon I've played this league. It would be really cool if this got fixed somehow. I reinstalled the game already, but as expected that did not help. Playing (formerly?) on PS5.

So I rolled up a witch and started playing again, and as soon as I got back to the act 2 caravan the game crashed again and now that character won't load either. Something about that damn caravan, I guess..

Change server

I guess I figured this out.. after going at the zone I was getting locked out of on another character in cruel difficulty instead of normal I was able to log into all of the previously locked characters. That or something else fixed it in the 3 minutes it took me to try this after I thought about it.. I'm just happy it's fixed!
