GGG support team is a joke. It's time for a new system

Waiting for weeks just to get a single question reply from GGG support team, you then reply to them immediately just to wait for weeks again.

I understand that you have an influx of players and the reply time is slower than usually. But it's been 4.5 months since poe 2 release,and taking weeks to reply with a single question is ridiculous. Put yourself in our shoes, would you be okay with this ?

And I know for sure, after posting this the best I'll get is some copy pasta reply from GGG about slower reply time.

P/s: I was getting hopeless waiting for emails so I figured I'd get on the forum and see if anyone knows any tricks that can help me out. Turned out there are ppl who have been waiting for months at this point lol. Have you fired your entire support team or did you put them on 0.2 development or something lol. Because this is beyond ridiculous.

I am waiting for a response for 4 months now. Even the government offices don't take this long and it's free.

It's absolutely arbsurd that people need to wait 3+ 4+ months for a single reply from GGG that doesn't even solve the problem. You then reply to that email and wait for another eternity.
