Account compromised in the last hour

I use steam to log into game.


Well either way went and took a nap and came back and everything was stripped.

I have emailed you. I also found the account selling my gear..

this needs to be addressed in a timely fashion not weeks. like your current turn around times are..

Why are you removing the link to the persons account that stole my stuff? Why are you protecting scammers and thieves.

Just about every game's forum has a policy of not permitting so-called "naming and shaming."

One reason for this is it not being feasible for those moderating the forum to discern in real-time whether a given accusation is well-justified, so absence of such a policy would essentially result in a free-for-all where anyone could say any thing about any person without consequences. This would not be conducive to a civil community where people are respectful toward one another.

Although - I would note that, if you have been similarly sending 'bump' emails, that tends to be spectacularly counterproductive. Tickets are responded to when they reach the top of the queue, and the queue operates based on the time & date of the latest email.

So if you repeatedly send additional emails, you will be continually resetting your place in the queue; essentially resulting in an ouroboros of a one-sided conversation.
The same thing happened to me in January, my equipment was stolen and I found other players selling all my equipment
But please don't try to contact GGG for help. They will tell you that they cannot compensate you for your lost items and block your account for security reasons. They will then ask you to verify your identity before unlocking it for you. The waiting time is very long. I have spent nearly four months and my account has not been unlocked yet.
The verification process will require about two or three letters back and forth, but each letter will take more than 30 days to get a reply.
