Corrupted Nexus did not grant Atlas Points

Beat map, boss, corrupted boss that spawned, and all extra content on the waystone and did not die. I was not granted a book or atlas points. My quest was to defeat a Tier 2 Corrupted Nexus and the waystone used was 10+. On Atlas Map, region shows that Nexus is gone and region is cleansed.
