Blasphemy work with Flammability but doesn't work with Hypothermia.

As title stated. Blasphemy skill icon become non-interactable, darken and shown a red exclamation mark when socketed with only Hypothermia. Replace Hypothermia with Flammability will enable the skill and the aura is applied as intended.
Socket both Hypothermia and Flammability make it so the skill can be activated even with less than 120 spirit is remaining, upon activation only Flammability aura is activated.

Same issue also occur with Cast on Critical and Hypothermia. Hypothermia can be socketed into Cast on Critical but the meta skill cannot be activated. The meta gem can be activated when replace Hypothermia with Flammability.
P/S: When socket Hypothermia together with a triggerable skill and activate Cast on Critical, Hypothermia skill do get disabled in hotkey but the curse does not triggered when energy is full.

Try cutting a new gem, when I slot hypothermia into blasphemy it activates without issue. A while ago I had gems mysteriously brick themselves when used in meta skills, that might still be happening.

Confirmed cutting a new Hypothermia gem fixed the issue.

Note: The old Hypothermia gem that didn't work have 3 sockets.
Attempt adding a third support socket into the working Flammability didn't cause the same issue. Tested by using Jewelry in Inventory and in Gem UI.
The old Hypothermia gem that didn't work used to be a manual casting curse, and used to be socketed with Expanse, Heightened Curse and Cursed Ground.
