The Silent Cave not Completing

Beat the boss on a 79 map, all Essences released, PC. Boss died offscreen with a DoT. Looted it but Map Objectives still has Defeat the Imprisoned boss active. The nodes beside it in the world map are also not traversable.

It seems to be a bug that was present earlier in April. However, Wujido in the video titled The Path Of Exile 2 SSF Crafting Experience Is YIKES @ 0:52 seems to have 40/40 in the Atlas Passives.

So it may be bugged for some of us and not for others.
