I was shocked to discover that my account ( Username: PhilFE857#4516 ) has been suddenly muted/banned in Path of Exile 2. I genuinely have no idea why this happened, as I have not engaged in any inappropriate chat behavior recently.

Could you please:

Specify the exact reason for this ban (e.g., which message violated the rules)?

Provide evidence of the alleged violation (e.g., chat logs)?

Reverse the ban if this was a false positive or system error?
