Transfer Purchase to Correct Account

I saw the discount in the game and, with great excitement, I upgraded the support pack version I had previously purchased. I was really looking forward to using the points I received to buy something in-game. However, to my surprise, the points were sent to a completely different account—one I have never used, and honestly, didn't even know existed.

I immediately contacted support and requested that the points be transferred to the correct account—the one I actively play the game on—before the discount period ends. However, I haven’t received a response yet.

This situation is really frustrating, especially since I acted during a limited-time offer and now risk missing out. I kindly ask for your urgent help to transfer the points to my main account so I can use them before the discount ends.

If you have already emailed Support, then please wait for them to respond. Nobody here on the forum can assist. Anything to do with account-related issues is only handled by Support.
