lord of horrors on amulet inflicted has no effect

I changed a lot of currency for the most precious delirium emotion( destilled isolation ) to upgrade the amulet with lord of horrors (-12% minion cost of spirit ), but it has no effect. Also some points of passive skill dont show delirium parts combination anymore ( f.e.. Deadly swarm )
All that worked well in standard league in the past
