"Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab" BUG?

hello In total, I purchased:
2* "Premium Stash Tab Bundle" =12*"Premium Stash Tab"
2* "Stash Tab Bundle"=12*"Stash Tab"
I have purchased the 'Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab' again 3 times today, and have purchased it a total of 7 times so far"Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab"

the game itself provides 4 free Standard Warehouses. So, I should now have:
12+4="16*Stash Tab"and "12* Premium Stash Tab"
After purchasing "Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab" 7 times, it should be 9*"Stash Tab"+19个"Premium Stash Tab"

However, But I can only see it in the game:
- **13 Premium Stash Tab**, and **15 Stash Tab**

Clearly, there's an issue-the last six transactions were deducted from my payment but never took effect. You can check my transaction records to find problems.
