Transaction Issues
On April 6th, I purchased a package, but when linking my Steam account, I accidentally created another account, so the package was associated with a different account using the same email address (the other account has never been used at all). I sent an email the same day requesting to either merge the two accounts or transfer the purchased items to the account I actually use. Someone replied asking for some account information, which I promptly provided. However, almost two weeks have passed with no update, and my follow-up emails have received no response. I’d like to inquire how long it typically takes to process such requests?

" Their ticketing software will insert additional emails received from you into your existing open ticket. It queues pending tickets based on the time & date of the most recent email. So each time you send a new email, you reset your ticket’s position in the queue. |
