Transaction Issues

On April 6th, I purchased a package, but when linking my Steam account, I accidentally created another account, so the package was associated with a different account using the same email address (the other account has never been used at all). I sent an email the same day requesting to either merge the two accounts or transfer the purchased items to the account I actually use. Someone replied asking for some account information, which I promptly provided. However, almost two weeks have passed with no update, and my follow-up emails have received no response. I’d like to inquire how long it typically takes to process such requests?

Their ticketing software will insert additional emails received from you into your existing open ticket. It queues pending tickets based on the time & date of the most recent email.

So each time you send a new email, you reset your ticket’s position in the queue.

Hello, I'm very sorry to bother you again. However, another month has passed, and the issue still hasn't been resolved. I also haven't received any reply email. Should I continue to send emails to seek help?
