loot disappear and unable to pick up[

Doing Endgame Mapping , Unable to pick up loot and it disappeared a few second after .

Check your Toggle Highlighting hotkey. Default is Z.

I play with a controller , and it happens suddenly , loot can be picked up within one to two second , after that it diappear and wont be able to picked up then disappear

Again, check your hotkeys and settings for enabling item Highlights. The settings exists somewhere.
