Cant do Ascendancy 1 after doing suddenly Trail of Chaos first

Hello,

i have done trail of Chaos (ultimatum) at first and ascended my class (got my first 2 points). Then i went back to do the Trial of the Sekhemas. I completed the trail but, i cant complet it. At the end there is no altar the get the points and i cant use the portal on the left side. The quest shows me to talk to zarka, but i cant talk to her about the quest.
Is this normal?

Can someone help me?
