Reforging Bench Went Missing

Hello I was instructed to post it here after I send a support ticket in ggg email, my problem is, my reforging bench went missing, I've done all the quest for this, I have this reforging bench in the past, then when I have to reforge a waystone it suddenly went missing, so I did what I have to do, Ive search thru internet that I have to finish the quest of oswald in act 3 or cruel act 6, so I killed the boss again, talked to oswald the npc and still no reforge bench is given to me, below are the following screenshot of ingame that shows the reforging bench but cant interact with it. Hoping to make action with this as I cant play your beautiful game, cant reforge waystone tier 4 and above

Did you migrate from SSF or HC?
Why are you showing the map if the boss is in the underground map? |
