Crashing when right clicking on players in hideout

Without fail every time I right click a player in hideout I crash it just outright ends the process right to desktop, I was wondering why i kept crashing in hideouts but that seems to be the reason I haven't seen anyone else talk about this I tried verifying files.

EDIT : it crashes me when i right click a player while equipped with a Desolate Crossbow that is so strange.

EDIT 2 : It's galvanic shard when the galvanic shard bolt is equipped on my attack and its in my right click to load galvanic shard ammo it crashes me to right click players.

Edit 3 : It's not actually just galvanic shard its any crossbow ammo when in right click hotkey and loaded into the bolt.
