Trial of Sek Scorpion Bug

Completed the 3rd floor with the scorpion boss but at the end the boss knocked me into the wall between the pot and wall. It is located on the NW side of the boss room, I just got stuck in that spot. I could attack but not roll or teleport or anything else. Could not touch the ascendency altar from the position either so it just bricked the whole thing right at the end
