Cataclym's Wake quest - stuck on "Return to Doryani"

I have been running my first maps from my hideout. I did the first map, and returned to Doryani to advance the quest. She then told me to go run a corrupted map, which I did, and I returned and spoke to her. However the quest still says "Return to Doryani" and she doesn't have anything over her head.

I read other responses for getting stuck on her on other quests. I DID return to standard Act 3 and Cruel Act 3 and talked to Doryani at the Ziggaurat encampment at both, she and others DID have quest symbols above their heads and gave me rewards, but now they are all clear.

I went back Ziggaurat refuge, my hideout, and everywhere else I can think of and she has nothing interesting to say to me to progress the quest.

Playing T3 with 0 Atlas skills points... as a Lv72 Chronomancer...

You gain atlas points by finishing a corrupted nexus, found randomly on the atlas.
You also get one for the first 5 different unique maps you complete.

To follow-up, the quest remained stuck for a couple of days but one advice was to just keep advancing and when you clear your first corrupted nexus or citadel it might 'unstick'. Mine unstuck on my first corrupted nexus.
