Account locked, can't log in game nor in forums.

Hey, my 12 yr old account has been locked while I was playing couple weeks ago. I sent an e-mail to support to no avail, but I'm guessing with the huge back log. But I can't even use the /verify option in the support since I can't log into the game or the website.

What are the realistic expectations that support will look into this?

Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times.

As mentioned in our Customer Support Update from January, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard.

Please rest assured we'll get back to you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.

If you have already sent us a ticket, please keep in mind that we are working through a high volume of tickets currently, and adding additional tickets for the same issue will not change your place in the queue.

My account has been locked for three months. I sent emails to GGG but haven't received a reply yet. Currently, I can't log in to the game or the forum. I'm very disappointed with GGG
