DPS bug with Fresh clip & Galvanic shards/Shockburst rounds (Bug Report ID: #1376878419)

the DPS does not change on the tooltip with galvanic shards when you reload the clip even though i should be gaining 7% damage for the next 6 seconds i am firing fast enough to empty the clip in less than a second so i should see atleast a 20% increase in dps after 6 seconds of continuous firing and reloading. the DPS number does not change in the skills menu or in the breakdown menu from the carrot on the dps number. I am also seeing this same lack of change when i slot fresh clip into shockburst rounds. Ive only seen the gem work with rapid shot. It would be nice if this support gem worked with all the crossbow skills since its the only crossbow focused skill gem

would also like to note that only fire dmg is being increased with the interaction with payload no other dmg is being increased. please update the description to "increases fire dmg" or fix the support gem to effect all elements and phys
