can I get my account unlocked please?

Hi, it's been 2 weeks since I sent GGG an e-mail to unlock my other account which is locked for some reason I don't know why. I recently bought POE 2 and when I was going to login it said my account was locked. My other account is deltaweber#3334
I didn't receive a response since I sent the e-mail so I created this new account to post this because I don't know what to do anymore. Last bumped on Apr 18, 2025, 11:17:54 PM
