UI Scaling/Hiding. Many ranged ouch-murder.

For the love of all that is holy, please let us scale the UI. At the very Least minimap and "quest tracker" scaling. Quest tracker and minimap hiding would be even better. The text on the quest tacker is enormous and basically nothing but completely in the way after the campaign.
One-shot (at any defense level) ranged attacks- Obviously they have a wind-up for a reason. You wanted us be able to notice and avoid the #MeteorMateria about to befall us. Eyeballs, as a quirk of evolution, are drawn to movement. When there is a caster behind a wall of text that is about ruin your whole day, it's very difficult to see their gesturing with all the small mobs pouring in from other directions.
One small figure heavily obscured by the largest and brightest thing on the screen, standing still, while your eyes track dozens of fast-moving targets is just silly- even if you know the #PowerWordKill mob is around and are actively trying to look for them. It's got nothing to do with the difficulty level of the game, just how eyes work. Getting killed because of how eyes work is not a learnable moment. Removing the needless text that mobs are hiding behind might actually give a human a fighting chance of noticing the enemy attempting to cast.
Please let us hide/shrink things we never look at so that we can see casters building up extremely deadly things and also enjoy the gorgeous scenery you've worked so hard on.

Options -> Interface -> Enable quest tracking, uncheck box.
Thanks, not sure how I've missed that this whole time. Would still like to see Minimap hiding and overall UI scaling.
