Unable to Re-Enter Character After Dungeon Bug

Hello,

I encountered a bug while playing Path of Exile 2.
While running a dungeon with my level 72 Amazon character (nickname: Akhate) in a party, my character died. After resurrecting, I was teleported to a completely different location where my character got stuck. Shortly after, I was disconnected from the game.
Since then, no matter how many times I try, I cannot log back into that character.

This happened in the new season, Dawn of the Hunt league.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
