Specters travel wisp form

they NEED to be forced out of the wisp form if they idle for 0,5 sec because often i just see them floating in place doing nothing (i think sometimes they are stuck as well) this tends to happen when you have more minions , like more than 3-4 . they dont even exit if you are close to them
this hapens more often when you are in combat and you travel long distances , but its pretty comon out of combat as well

this can be fixed when isuing move comand but not atack comand
