Is attributes

I've got about 4:00 hours thand from POe1 t0 poe2 patch it's much harder to do anything about attribute skill jem 9 finding it very hard to use. Because I can't get attributes without taking away from my passive skill trees. Then I can't even level up. Because I keep dying. I hope they do something about increasing the way to get attribute points.
