please fix server stabilty.

one minute i am doing JUST fine, the next i die because i either cant see the mobs attacking me the bosses mechanics. particularly ones that are particle heavy. i JUST died to the boss in oasis because when he went to activate any of his mechanics the mechanics were invisible and yet i was taking damage. the graph indicated that there was severe server spikes at the point of my death. yet after the spike was over and i went and challenged the boss again, i had no issues killing him. please fix this, it is beyond ridiculous, not to mention frustrating to get so close to a level up and die because of something you cant control. i will be the first one to admit and accept when a death is on me. please please PLEASE fix the instability of the servers.
