Herald of Thunder - Spirit Reservation Req NOT SHOWN

I just noticed on my skill page that the spirit reservation requirement for Herald of Thunder (currenly level 7 w/ no quality and 3 gem slots) is not shown. I took a screenshot but im not sure how to paste to the thread. Clearly unimportant but figured i'd mention it.
