Skill gem completely bugged after leveling up from 17 to 18

After levelling my artillery ballista gem from 17 to 18 my skill gem bugged out completely.
Skill disappeared from my shortcut bar cannot put it back. Extended tooltip displays only a message "This information is currently unavailable" and instead of "use with weapon set" displaying "I" or "II" checkboxes i have 4 different sets with - and + button around each. I now have to rebuild a new one with quality and sockets... amazing... Last bumped on Apr 17, 2025, 9:54:56 PM

Welp looted another uncut skill gem 18 and tried it on another ballista gem and it bugged exactly the same.... I hope that when i get a 19 it will work ?!
