Weapon Swap Blink Stops Working

Exactly what the title says, I've been using weapon swap blink for a few days for mobility, and occasionally it will just stop working. Blink will be off cooldown, and I won't be able to roll normally, but pressing my roll button just does nothing.

Taking them gem out and putting it back in fixes it every time that its happened but something is definitely bugged here.

Also just to be clear I have double checked that I always have the spirit for blink on my weapon swap, so that is not the cause. Every time it has stopped working, the blink gem says it is active.
