Urgent - Game occasionally freezes on the load screen after entering a map

The game randomly freezes up my PC entirely after entering a map. This happens on the loading screen after entering a portal from my map device and it freezes during the loading screen. This has occurred at least four or five times and the only way to fix it is by performing a hard reset of my PC (hold down power button on tower).

On one such occurrence, it resulted in being stuck in multiple boot loops after restarting the PC and eventually a Blue Screen from Windows 11 - error code: Inaccessible Boot Device

I have double checked my PC hardware to make sure there is not something funky happening on my end. CPU/GPU temps look fine after prolonged gaming without running into this issue and RAM operating normally.

Please fix this asap as I do not want to cause permanent damage to my hardware.
