GGG support is horrible
When the promotion boxes came out I bought the 5 pack. I only play POE2, but for some reason when I’m logged in it takes me only to the poe1 store. I bought what ended up being a settlers pack. Didn’t even know until I was in game trying to open it.
I wrote support and owned my mistake. Within five minutes I got a response saying they could do that and just needed my character names. Information was provided. I’ve emailed them once a day since and it’s going on day 9. Even if they find out they can’t switch the boxes, just tell me. Why ignore my requests? I’m not spending anymore money on them. Each time you send an email to support it puts you at the back of the queue. Do NOT send any more emails. Wait until your turn in the queue and you get a response from them.
