Giants blood attribute requirement

Why does it allow you to use two handers but it also increases ALL martial weapons. A one handed mace costing 700 strength to is crazy.

Most people look for minus attribute requirement on the two handers so effectively by using giants blood and a two handed in one weapon set you can't even use the one hander in the other weapon set because the twnhander requires 400 one hander requires 700.
