Kill effect on witch

does the kill effects work on the witch because I bought a kill effect and I've been killing monsters nonstop and haven't seen it once.

Hi there, sorry to hear about that. This could be that the finisher effects only occurs when you kill either a Rare enemy or a Unique Enemy, and if you are playing with minions, it may only apply to monsters you kill yourself.
