I lost my ps5 account plzz i need help

I accidentally merged my account with another and now everything is gone, plz tell me there's a way to get my stuff back. I also sent in a verified request for my missing support pack that I bought, and it brought me to a blank website. I need help, I'm on my hands and knees here

Could you please let us know if you are logged into the correct sub-account? You can change this in-game in the character select menu.
Alternatively, you can do this on the website here by selecting the "Switch Account" option on the top left corner of the page. | |

I just checked, and you're right. Thanks for the help. I have all my stuff, but I still don't have the 30-dollar Paladin support pack that I bought

I've made a small change to your account that should resolve this issue for you. Could you please try closing and restarting Path of Exile, and then navigating to the in-game shop?
