Thoughts on Lich Witch, Indirect damage & mobility skills

For context, my character is a new league SSF Lich Witch lvl 87 Chaos Dot user.
- It does not feel good when playing with Price of power and Eldritch empowerment nodes to apply to non-damaging spells such as convalescence but curses as well. Idea: Make it apply to damaging spells only. - Indirect forms of damage such as dots, totems and minions lack the immediate results of just using hits and have an harder time scaling its damage. I can only describe my personal experience with my current character and a previous blood concoction ranger in 0.1. It does not feel cool to be a high level chaos lich witch having a hard time aiming Essence Drain + Contagion combination on a white monster for a few seconds ( for it to fail some times ). Idea: Contagion could use no usage speed penalty as it is really not that great alone or a way bigger contagion scaling spreading radius or some synergy with withering presence and something similar for essence drain such as some fancy baseline projectile pierce or auto aim if a monster is affected by contagion could be awesome. - BLINK is really cool for INT characters and you've added RHOA for DEX characters. It'd be incredible if you add a JUMP mobility skill for STR characters. It'd be great also if each one of them had a very distinct utility such as blink allowing for non-LOS teleporting and the jump having a very low CD more akin to a normal rpg jump and allowing to bypass speed penalty modifiers so slow moving characters have a mobility solution.
