Tier 15 Map - Kill The black Crow

When doing the boss The Black Crow and his HP percent phase transition. If you phase him too fast in the second zone before he picks up the bell and destroys the door it will bug out and you are unable to target him and he will just endlessly follow you around and try to aoe smash you to death. Please fix so we don't loose maps due to this.
