Light-Stun

so light-stun has gotten a numberchange with a recent hotfix, yet the in-game tooltip stayed the exact same. the wording wasn't detailed enough to begin with.

it tops off at 100%chance with 100%maxhealth taken (the exact same as before hotfix), but the numbers have been lowered in the background.
to me, this implies light-stun scaling off %maxhealth taken per hit does not scale linearly, i.e.:

20% hit = 20% chance
40% hit = 40% chance

but more like
20% hit = 15% chance
40% hit = 33% chance
twice the dmg = more than twice the chance


this would make armour, res and max health stacking even better. yes armour too because that makes the %maxhealth taken smaller. ofc maxhealth increasing your healthpool also does that on top of armour and resi.

imho, armour is good. being melee dot, i can't live without it. chainstuns are my certain death and armour helps so much with that against hordes of trash mob.

-add "Advanced Targeting System" to the options so we can disable accessibility-stuff
-fix skills w/o movement to NOT MOVE YOU when using Attack Without Moving i.e. Ice Strike
-rework: enemies instant-spells = math-game || very unfitting for meaningful combat cuz can't avoid with skill
