Phaaryl megalith boss stuck in tail from act 1 mud pit boss. Character unable to leave.

I am doing Phaaryl megalith, and as the 3rd or 4th boss both the mud pit burrowing boss. After defeating it, its tail did not go away. Later in the gauntlet the boss i was fighting got stuck in said tail and is now unable to be hurt.

The boss, tonqui, is also not attacking, and i am unable to leave the arena or die.
