Bug Report: I still lose my mana recovery rate when i came back from chaos trials

Here is the situation:

When i was in Chaos Trial i toke the debuff to lose my 75% all recovery.
The class is Lich and with Soulless Form with a 100 mana recovery per second, reduced to 25 mana per second.

And when i came back to my hideout, i still could only have a 25 mana recovery per second. When i cancel the Soulless form to have my mana recovery back to 66 per second, i can't recover mana ever.

Please help.
