Hidden grotto portal crash

Hi, I am trying to enter Hidden Grotto map. The game crashes into windows on the loading screen. Tried a few times. Here is an image with map mods: https://imgur.com/a/YbDZX0e

I entered the map with no mods without a problem. Its probably some combination of the bonuses.

It happened me once. It was the extra altar on the waystone.

Its the third time. This time on Augury map. It has something to do with the bosses on the maps. I had it on all three. Here is an image: https://imgur.com/a/vfDoP2f

I suspect it might be on maps with bosses added with precursor tablets. The maps might be generated before including the boss and when it gets added with the tablet it gets bugged.
