Could use an option to turn off the blinking quest notification above the HUD

This notification was only useful on my very first run through the campaign and having a constantly blinking icon in the above the HUD is getting old.

It's not like it's a massive problem but the screen just feels better without this blinking icon because it's not constantly trying to get my attention. It updates too often to reasonably bother with dismissing it.
